Precision Valeting Term's & Condition's
We have worked hard to build a reputation for excellence in mobile detailing. Our results speak for themselves; all we ask in return is that you respect our policies, terms of business, and our staff. In return, we will always deliver exactly what we promised!
1. Mobile Service Requirements
Precision Valeting is a fully mobile service. To ensure the safety of our staff and the quality of your vehicle’s finish, the following conditions apply:

Power Access: We require a safe place to plug in our extension lead to gain power. We carry 50m extension leads as standard.

Water Supply: Precision Valeting is fully self-sufficient and does not require a water supply from the client.

Location Safety: Due to insurance purposes and staff/vehicle safety, we will NOT commence work on any vehicle situated on a main road, heavily used road, or small/tight road. We also cannot work in pay-and-display car parks.

Alternative Plans: If your location has access issues, please contact us first. With our trade experience, we usually have a backup plan and are willing to help.
2. Bookings & Deposits

Confirmation: All secure bookings are deposit-based. A booking is not confirmed until a deposit has been paid via bank transfer.

Non-Refundable: Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Deposit amounts vary depending on location, package, and work required.

Alterations: Within 48 hours of booking, Precision Valeting will gladly alter your booking to another nominated person, provided the location meets all other terms and conditions.
3. Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances

Precision Valeting cannot control acts of traffic, acts of God, or the acts of others.

Rain: We carry a professional-grade gazebo to ensure work continues in wet weather.

Extreme Weather: If we must cancel or rearrange due to extreme weather (gale-force winds/sub-zero temps) or unfortunate incidents, we will do so within 14 days of the original booking. If we cannot rearrange, a full refund of the deposit will be honored.
4. Surcharges & Vehicle Condition

Heavy Soiling: If your interior is heavily soiled with mud, pet hair, mould, vomit, or blood, additional charges WILL apply.

Estimates: We advise sending photos of heavily soiled vehicles before booking for a fair estimate. If photos are not provided, the final price will be negotiated on the day before work commences.

Agreement: Upon booking, you confirm you have read and agreed to these terms. Failure to pay for a completed booking or a late cancellation will result in legal action to recover lost wages and costs.
5. Precision Car Club (Maintenance Scheme)

Eligibility: Maintenance rates are only honored for bookings made on a monthly basis. Anything exceeding one month is classified as a standard Deep Clean.

Communication: If your vehicle has had an "unfortunate incident" (sickness, heavy mud, spills) during the month, please let us know before our agreed meet. Unexpected extra work causes us to be late for subsequent clients and diminishes our reputation.

Charges: Failure to notify us of excessive soiling prior to a maintenance visit will result in added charges.
6. Ceramic Coating & Correction Terms

Curing Times: Ceramic coatings require specific conditions to cure. For 7-year 'Reign' and other coatings, we may require a garage or carport if the weather is extreme.

Warranties: Warranties for Reign and Gtechniq coatings are subject to the client following the provided aftercare instructions. Failure to maintain the coating properly may void the warranty.

Content Protection: All words, images, and content on the Precision Valeting website and social media are the property of Precision Valeting and are subject to copyright laws.

Violation: Any violation of this disclaimer, including unauthorized use of our original material or training guides, will be met with appropriate legal action for copyright infringement.
