Precision Valeting Term's & Condition's

We appreciate you taking the time to read through our terms & conditions to make sure both our expectations are met.

  • All bookings require a 25% deposit which will be taken off the final price your booking is not SECURE without a DEPOSIT.

  • We require a safe space to plug in our extension to gain power.

  • Due to insurance purposes and safety of our staff and our vehicles we will NOT commence any work on roads deemed to be unsafe or heavily busy. We are also unable to work in any pay and display car parks.

  • Payments are required IMMEDIATELY after work is complete. If we have to cancel the job due to no access, It isn't safe to carry out work due to location or if you cancel on the day of the job we require payment in full.

  • If you cancel within 24 hours of the job date we require 50% of the jobs worth as a cancellation fee.

  • We accept both cash or card payments, all prices are confirmed once an inspection of the car has been completed and price has been agreed prices on the website are not a FIXED price.

  • If your interior is heavily soiled with vomit, blood, excessive pet hair or mud. Additional charges will APPLY. If you have any of the things stated we suggest getting in contact prior to booking so we can give the most accurate quote.

  • Upon every booking you’ll be asked to read these terms and conditions and in doing so you are agreeing to our terms of business. Any bookings made then affected by any of the above may result in full booking charges being payable. An invoice will be sent to the address and email you have provided upon booking. Failure to pay will result in legal action being taken. A missed booking is a missed wage, and we will not fall victim to a loss in time or pay in any circumstances.
